Merced County

Our work in unincorporated Merced County includes the communities of Planada, Delhi, and unincorporated neighborhoods to the south of the City of Merced. We partner with community members to advocate for equitable land use planning and investment policies,, access to transportation funding and investment, affordable housing, disaster response, climate resilience, and protection from air and water pollution from large dairies and other polluting land uses.

We also work in partnership with residents in the City of Merced where we focus on increasing access to affordable housing, promoting fair housing policies and programs, securing tenant protections, and equitable land use and transportation planning, and preventing industrial development from impacting community health and quality of life.
